Sait Helene Electrification Project (Update)

Update from RECO on St. Helene.

New advances are presented in the distribution project in the Diamond Rock area. Once this stage is completed, it will begin with the installation of submarine wiring that will provide, for the first time, electric power to the island of Santa Elena.
