ANNOUNCEMENT
The Security Secretariat through the Honduran National Police and within the framework of the National Emergency System (SINAGER), regarding new measures for the WHOLE NATIONAL TERRITORY, communicates:
It is declared starting today at 6:00 in the afternoon ABSOLUTE CURFEW THROUGHOUT THE NATIONAL TERRITORY within the framework of the NATIONAL SANITARY EMERGENCY AND RED ALERT FOR CORONAVIRUS (COVID19).
According to executive agreement PCM 021-2020, this measure will be in force throughout the NATIONAL TERRITORY until next Sunday, March 29 at 3:00 p.m., informing the same day of the new decisions to be made to stop the rapid spread of the virus.
To supply the population with food, small corner stores or small grocery stores, are authorized to open their doors to serve the population in their respective communities.
Banasupro mobile units will circulate through neighborhoods to serve citizens who require basic products.
Supermarkets, pharmacies, grocery stores, tortillerías, bakeries, and express delivery services are authorized to deliver products at home, presenting their identification card and delivery order to the police authority.
The agricultural, agro-industrial, agro-exporter and food distributor sector is authorized to continue its work, and each company must implement biosecurity measures for all its employees as a mandatory requirement to keep its operations open.
We inform you that we maintain the closure of air, sea and land borders for the movement of people except for cargo transport personnel.
Foreigners who are in the national territory and want to return to their countries can do so by land or air, with the prior authorization of the SINAGER safe-conduct.
The Government of the Republic expresses its ETERNAL thanks to all the personnel of the Police, Armed Forces, Copeco, Family Guides, medical, nursing, auxiliary, laboratory personnel, cargo transport motorists, government and municipal personnel in tasks of cleaning, fumigation, delivery of provisions, as well as the personnel who work day and night preparing masks and biosafety suits. We are going to get out of this emergency with the unity and solidarity of all the Honduran people.
The Honduran National Police reiterates its commitment and willingness to serve society, which must collaborate as part of a new culture of coexistence to stop the rapid spread of COVID-19.

*COMUNICADO*
La Secretaría de Seguridad a través de la Policía Nacional de Honduras y en el marco del Sistema Nacional de Emergencia (SINAGER), con relación a nuevas medidas para TODO EL TERRITORIO NACIONAL, comunica:
*1.* Se declara a partir de hoy a las 6:00 de la tarde TOQUE DE QUEDA ABSOLUTO EN TODO EL TERRITORIO NACIONAL en el marco de la EMERGENCIA NACIONAL SANITARIA Y ALERTA ROJA POR CORONAVIRUS (COVID19).
*2.* Según acuerdo ejecutivo PCM 021-2020, esta medida estará vigente en TODO EL TERRITORIO NACIONAL hasta el próximo domingo 29 de marzo a las 3:00 de la tarde, informándose ese mismo día las nuevas decisiones a tomar para frenar la rápida propagación del virus.
*3.* Para abastecer a la población de alimentos, se autoriza a todas las pulperías y mercaditos que abran sus puertas para atender a la población en sus respectivas comunidades.
*4.* Las unidades móviles de Banasupro circularán por barrios y colonias para atender a los ciudadanos que requieran productos básicos.
*5.* Supermercados, farmacias, abarroterías, tortillerías, panaderías y servicios de entrega express quedan autorizados para entregar productos a domicilio, presentando ante la autoridad policial sus carnet de identificación y la orden de entrega.
*6.* Sector agrícola, agroindustrial, agroexportador y distribuidor de alimentos está autorizado para continuar sus labores, debiendo implementar cada empresa las medidas de bioseguridad para todos sus empleados como requisito obligatorio para mantener abiertas sus operaciones.
*7.* Informamos que se mantiene el cierre de fronteras aéreas, marítimas y terrestres para la circulación de personas, exceptuando el personal de transporte de carga.
*8.* Los extranjeros que se encuentran en el territorio nacional y quieren regresar a sus países pueden hacerlo por vía terrestre o aérea, previa autorización del salvoconducto de SINAGER.
*9.* El gobierno de la República expresa su ETERNO agradecimiento a todo el personal de la Policía, Fuerzas Armadas, Copeco, Guías de Familia, personal médico, de enfermería, auxiliares, laboratoristas, motoristas de transporte de carga, personal de gobierno y municipal en tareas de limpieza, fumigación, entrega de víveres, así como personal que trabaja día y noche elaborando mascarillas y trajes de bioseguridad. Vamos a salir de esta emergencia con la unidad y solidaridad de todo el pueblo hondureño.
La Policía Nacional de Honduras reitera su compromiso y disposición de servicio a la sociedad, la que debe colaborar como parte de una nueva cultura de convivencia a fin de frenar la rápida propagación de COVID-19.
